Tool & Die's primary business purpose is close tolerance grinding
and machining of carbide and steel for the electronics, computer
and automotive industries using the fastest and latest technologies
available today.

maintains a highly skilled work force of approximatly 30 tool
and die makers capable of machining carbide and steel at a tolerance
at+/- (.00005) of an inch. Pennco has an office staff of six employees
and an in-house Inspection Department with all of the latest inspection
equipment.

houses Harig and Mitsui Surface Grinders with Digital Readouts,
Sharp and Bridgeport Vertical Mills and Eltee Pulsitron EDM Machines
with VMC. Pennco also has added a 4,500 square foot addition to
the building for a total of 12,500 square feet. The addition has
a state-of-the-art, climate controlled Wire EDM room with a separate
chiller room. It has one new Agie Evolution Wire EDM machine with
a programming center, 3 Agie 150 HSS Wire EDM machines, and one
High Speed Small Hole EDM Drilling machine. It also has computerized
offices equipped with EDI, E-Mail, AutoCad LT 2000 Software, and
a Hewlett Packard DesignJet 450C Plotter to plot and receive prints.
